This flexibility allows you to tailor your stay to the size of your group and your budget. Vehicles can access our property directly. We can arrange your transfer from the airport or port if you wish.

Accommodation rates

are quoted in euros, per night.
Services included in the price:

– Villa cleaning and maintenance service.
– Cooker for preparing your meals with your own provisions.
– Security guard for the property.

Full board and half board

Full board
+€60/person/day.

Breakfast + 2 meals.
Children under 11: €30/child.
Children aged 0 to 4: free.

Half board
+€40/person/day.

Breakfast + 1 meal.
Children under 11: £20/child.
Children aged 0 to 4: free.

– Local tourist tax
– Transfer: from Fascene Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car. From Hell-Ville: the journey takes about ten minutes by road.

check-in and check-out

Check-in at Villa Lokobe is from 2pm to 5pm and check-out is from 8am to 10am.

Inventory

An inventory will be carried out between the owner and tenant upon your arrival and departure.

Cancellation

All cancellation fees and bank charges are payable by the customer.

– Before 31 days: cancellation free of charge.
– Between 30 and 8 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the booking amount.
– From 7 days before arrival: payment of 100% of the booking amount.

Deposit

For monthly rentals, one month’s rent will be required as a deposit. This amount will be refunded on the day of your departure.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted. However, it is preferable to smoke in well-ventilated areas such as terraces and gardens.
